Job Description
Desired Background and Skills:
- Experience in sales and/or marketing or a strong ambition to build a career in the chemical industry.
- Background in agronomy with a degree in Agriculture.
- Excellent communication skills for effective cold calling and facetoface sales.
- Goaloriented with strong leadership and decisionmaking abilities.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales or marketing experience preferably in the agricultural industry.
- Bachelors degree in Agriculture Agronomy or related field.
- Proven track record of building and nurturing customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to work independently.
Salary: Competitive base salary ranging from $80000 to $90000 supplemented with a commission structure.
