Reach your full potential as Sales Manager Asia
As Sales Manager Asia you are responsible for expanding and strengthening our market position in Asia with a focus on the Philippines Malaysia Hong Kong and Singapore. You will manage an existing customer portfolio and actively build new relationships. You will also ensure quality assurance compliance with agreements and spotting market trends.
You will work closely with colleagues from Purchase and Operations to keep administrative processes running smoothly and ensure the best service.
Your responsibilities:
Actively expand the market and customer portfolio focusing on sustainable growth and strategic partnerships.
Identify commercial opportunities and translate them into concrete actions.
Together with the Sales Director develop the commercial strategy and realize growth objectives.
Contribute to the development of new solutions that respond to customer needs.
Qualifications :
This is you:
You are commercially driven resultsoriented and have a proactive attitude. You know how to build and maintain relationships and have a strong handson mentality.
You have:
HBO working and thinking level preferably in a commercial direction.
Relevant work experience in the FMCG sector.
Strong commercial and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Experience with international trade and diverse cultures.
Willingness to travel regularly.
Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
