Job Description

As a Senior Recruiter IT & HR Operations you will be responsible for driving the full recruitment cycle for IT positions while also supporting HR operational processes. You will play a key role in attracting top technical talent refining recruitment strategies and contributing to HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead endtoend recruitment processes for IT roles including sourcing screening interviewing and coordinating offers.

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract highquality candidates through various channels (job boards social media networking referrals etc..

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.

  • Maintain and optimize recruitment tracking systems and reports to improve hiring efficiency.

  • Enhance employer branding by participating in recruitment events job fairs and online communities.

  • Collaborate with HR to support operational activities such as onboarding employee engagement performance management and HR compliance.

  • Assist in refining HR policies and procedures to improve talent acquisition and retention strategies.

  • Analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement in hiring timelines and quality.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

  • 5 years of experience in IT recruitment preferably within the tech industry or staffing agencies.

  • Familiarity with HR operations policies and procedures.

  • Strong knowledge of various sourcing tools ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
