As a Senior Recruiter IT & HR Operations you will be responsible for driving the full recruitment cycle for IT positions while also supporting HR operational processes. You will play a key role in attracting top technical talent refining recruitment strategies and contributing to HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Lead endtoend recruitment processes for IT roles including sourcing screening interviewing and coordinating offers.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract highquality candidates through various channels (job boards social media networking referrals etc..
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
Maintain and optimize recruitment tracking systems and reports to improve hiring efficiency.
Enhance employer branding by participating in recruitment events job fairs and online communities.
Collaborate with HR to support operational activities such as onboarding employee engagement performance management and HR compliance.
Assist in refining HR policies and procedures to improve talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement in hiring timelines and quality.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
5 years of experience in IT recruitment preferably within the tech industry or staffing agencies.
Familiarity with HR operations policies and procedures.
Strong knowledge of various sourcing tools ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
