Job Description
REPORTING & INSIGHTS HUB SUPPORT
In this internship youll work on comprehensive onboarding and learning packages and create training materials to support the golive of new projects and enhancements.
Another task will be to collect and document best practices from markets around the world and maintain the Perfect Store Reporting Sharepoint intranet including setting up FAQs. Youll also provide support for BI related user requests in the Red Bull markets and head office.
SUPPORT TESTING PROCESSES OF BUSINESS APPLICATION AND REPORTING PROJECTS
As an intern youll test support for projects and enhancements to BI reporting solutions and coordinate bug fixes with IT colleagues. Youll also ensure the data quality of Perfect Store Performance Reporting.
IMAGE RECOGNITION INITIATIVE LAUNCH & ROLLOUT SUPPORT
In this role youll help develop a comprehensive rollout package including training materials presentations and marketspecific inputs. Youll support IR PRO model testing by performing checks analysing reports and presenting results.
Youll also assist with Planograms compliance checks within GET (Global Tool) including scoping documentation and testing. Youll help to document key processes take minutes of meetings and ensure that Confluence is updated with the latest information.
GLOBAL TOOL TRAINING & DOCUMENTATION
One of your tasks will be to create user guides and develop training materials for the GET (Global Tool) administration tool (Central App). Youll help improve the SFU (Sales Force Upload) documentation and improve the documentation for the SFU process.
Youll help maintain the GET Targets library including maintenance creation of user guides and test support.
In addition youll also manage and update the GET SharePoint space to ensure accessibility and organisation.
Qualifications :
- Advanced undergraduate student postgraduate student or recent graduates (Bachelors/Masters degree) in Business Administration Information Technolgy or similar.
- Excellence in English is a must.
- Team oriented well organized selfdriven handson and flexible and be able to work under pressure. in a fastpaced team environment.
- Functional awareness of MS Office (esp. Power Point Excel).
- Ability to work effectively with international Sales Teams and internal Key Stakeholders.
- Understand cultural differences and enjoy working in a diverse job environment.
- First Experience in working with business applications or SAP BI is a plus.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is 2.16500 gross per month.
