Our client a insurance company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

Product Development & Innovation

• Oversee the design and creation of life insurance products that cater to customer needs and market trends.
  

• Ensure that all products comply with regulatory standards align with the companys strategic goals and are operationally ready.
  

• Utilize data analytics and customer insights from company to create customized and innovative product offerings.
  

Collaboration with Distribution Channels

• Collaborate closely with bancassurance and agency distribution teams to develop product solutions that support their sales strategies.
  

• Ensure the availability of product training materials and sales support tools to enhance distribution effectiveness.
  

• Track product performance and provide feedback to refine product offerings.
  

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure that all product development efforts adhere to regulations established by the Ministry of Finance and the Insurance Supervisory Authority.
  

• Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to ensure that products fulfill legal and operational requirements.
  

• Manage the regulatory filing process and obtain approvals for new product launches.
  

Product System Setup & Integration

• Ensure that all new products are accurately configured within sales platforms core policy administration systems and service platforms.
  

• Collaborate closely with IT teams to establish business requirements for product configuration and system integration.
  

• Facilitate seamless product implementation across customer service policy servicing and claims management systems.
  

Collaboration with IT & Digital Transformation

• Outline business requirements for IT teams to create and integrate digital product solutions.
  

• Assist in the rollout of digital insurance offerings including selfservice applications and automated underwriting processes.
  

• Ensure that system capabilities are in line with the company s technology roadmap and objectives for customer experience.
  

Stakeholder & ThirdParty Engagement

• Partner with reinsurers actuarial consultants and industry experts to benchmark product features and assess feasibility.
  

• Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure that product messaging effectively targets the intended customer segments.
  

• Engage with regulators and industry organizations to stay informed about market trends and regulatory developments.
  

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

• Track KPIs such as product sales retention rates and customer experience metrics.
  

• Analyze market trends customer feedback and competitor offerings to enhance product competitiveness continuously.
  

• Identify opportunities to improve existing products or create new valueadded services.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree or above in Finance Business Administration or related fields.
  

• A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in life insurance product development and product management.
  

• A robust background in creating and launching life insurance products within bancassurance and agency distribution models.
  

• Experience in working with regulatory authorities for product approvals and ensuring compliance.
  

• Experience in partnering with IT teams to develop and integrate new products into core insurance systems is essential.
  

• A comprehensive understanding of product implementation and system integration across sales policy administration and service platforms.
  

• Comprehensive knowledge of Vietnams insurance laws and product approval procedures.
