- Position: Senior Recruiter(Field hiring)

- Experience: At least 1 year experience as a Team Leader or 2 years as a Senior Recruiter
Responsibilities
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader or 2 years as a Senior Recruiter.
- Capable of supervising 34 team members in the specified area.
- Familiarity with recruiting for Warehouse/Dark store/Hyper Local Store positions such as Picker Packer Shorter Loader Unloaders etc.
- Proficiency in bulk hiring.
- Managing Warehouse clients.
- Mandatory possession of a twowheeler for daily travel within the city.

Dynamic, proactive and competent Should have Experience in Team Handling. TL should have exp in - Warehousing, Delivery Bikers, Gen Duty, Housekeeping, Security Guards, Sales Retail and Distributor
Education
Any 12th pass or graduate with good staffing recruitment experience
