Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and detailoriented Business Analyst Trainee to join our team. As a Business Analyst Trainee you will be responsible for supporting the business analysis function by assisting in the collection documentation and analysis of business requirements. This role will provide you with the opportunity to learn about the business processes systems and tools that drive business decisions while working closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills in data analysis business strategy and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements including functional and nonfunctional requirements.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand business needs and identify areas of improvement.
- Support the analysis of data to identify trends patterns and insights that can inform decisionmaking.
- Help design and improve business processes by evaluating current workflows and proposing optimizations.
- Assist in preparing reports dashboards and presentations for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (IT Operations Marketing etc. to deliver business solutions.
- Help in testing and validating system changes to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Assist in the creation of training materials and user documentation for endusers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Information Technology Computer Science or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Basic knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques (such as process modeling requirement gathering etc..
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the business analysis field.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Requirements
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Familiarity with data analysis tools or programming languages (e.g. SQL Python).
- Experience or knowledge in business process mapping and process improvement techniques.
- Exposure to project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).

Requirements Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Basic knowledge of Python programming and object-oriented concepts. Familiarity with frameworks like Django or Flask is a plus. Understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.. Knowledge of version control systems like Git is preferred.
