Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews with potential candidates
- Develop and lead your own team
- Create and manage marketing ads across various social media platforms
- Review and analyze ads on multiple social media platforms
- Lead global training calls via Zoom
- Research new marketing ad platforms
- Handle daily business administration
- Participate in business system training
- Utilize personal development and leadership programs
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in marketing
- Enjoys working remotely
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Visionary with bigpicture thinking
- Selfmotivated and proactive
- Strong leadership skills or interest in leadership
- At least 5 years of employment experience
