Job Description

Dar soporte de nivel 2 al personal administrativo docente y academico de USIL


Qualifications :

  • Conocimientos de sistemas operativos software y dispositivos
  • Tener conocimientos de redes
  • Configuracion de impresoras
  • Habilidades comunicativas 
  • Ser claro y preciso en las respuestas
  • Habilidades para ofrecer una buena atencin al cliente
  • Resolver problemas de forma clara y rpida
  • Habilidades de servicio al cliente Ser emptico con el cliente Saber escuchar las necesidades del usuario Mantener la paciencia y el profesionalismo. 


Informacin adicional :

Cliente: USIL

Experiencia minima 6 meses

Horario: Lunes a sbado de 1:00 pm a 10:00 pm
