Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detailoriented HR Operations Specialist to join our dynamic human resources team. In this crucial role you will ensure the seamless of HR operations and your expertise will contribute to maintaining a high level of operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. In this role you will be responsible for:
Management of personnel administration of the entire employee life cycle (from on to offboarding)
Management of the virtual HR Inbox
Advise employees and supervisors on general HR concerns administrative and employment issues
Preparation of employment contracts and contract amendments
Creating reference letters and interim reports
Creating employment confirmations and official cantonal employer certificates
Joint responsibility for employee database maintenance in Abacus
Maintenance of Enboarder Workflows incl. 1st level escalation management
Close cooperation and coordination with the Senior People Operations Manager HR Business Partners from all Business Units as well as Payroll and Corporate Communications
Management and maintenance of the NotionIntranet
Support and collaboration in HRspecific projects
Qualifications :
Minimum of 12 years of experience in HR Operations
You are proficient in speaking and writing in English & German
You have excellent organizational and problemsolving skills
You have attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
