Job Title: Offshore Sales Support Specialist Contract Cleaning
Location: Remote (South Africa or Philippines preferred)
Working Hours: Pacific Time Zone (PT) preferred 100 overlap)
- Base salary: $1300 $1400 USD per month.
- Opportunity for performancebased commissions.

About Us:
We are a leading company specializing in commercial Cleaning services and seeking a dedicated Offshore Sales Support Specialist to drive lead generation efforts in California and support a growing sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling to identify and engage decisionmakers. (resilience)
- Utilize prospecting tools to generate qualified leads in California.
- Overcome gatekeepers to book appointments with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate site visits with the local operations manager for final quotes.
- Prepare sales proposals using existing templates.
- Maintain consistent communication with the sales team and provide updates on lead generation progress.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 12 years in sales with a focus on cold calling and lead generation.
- Skills:
- Proficient with prospecting tools.
- Resilient and able to handle rejection confidently.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Language: Strong English communication skills both verbal and written. Emails are template need to do follow ups and have swift reaction times
- Location: Candidates from South Africa or the Philippines are preferred.
- Time Zone: Must be available during Pacific Time Zone working hours; Mountain Time Zone also acceptable.
