Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and moderate Frenchlanguage content across social media platforms (e.g. Facebook Instagram Twitter TikTok).
- Ensure all content aligns with community guidelines and company standards.
- Proactively identify and manage inappropriate offensive or harmful content taking appropriate action as required.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments questions and posts in a professional and engaging manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is onbrand and communicates the intended message effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback efficiently maintaining a positive and professional tone.
- Identify emerging trends in user behavior and provide insights to improve engagement strategies.
- Conduct regular reviews of social media content ensuring consistency and highquality standards.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in social media and content moderation to adapt practices accordingly.
- Create a supportive and respectful environment by managing discussions and encouraging constructive community interaction.
Requirements:
- Fluent in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is also required.
- Previous experience in social media or content moderation or similar roles is a plus.
- Indepth knowledge of social media platforms and experience in community management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage users in a friendly professional and helpful manner.
- Ability to handle sensitive topics with professionalism and empathy.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work in both onsite and hybrid arrangements.
