Job Title: Customer Experience Representative (Onsite in Barcelona)

Location: Barcelona Spain (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Provide superior customer service through phone email and inperson interactions.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues answer questions and guide customers in using our products and services.
  • Ensure all customer concerns are resolved in a timely and effective manner maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Record and document customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of issues and resolutions.
  • Work closely with other teams to provide holistic solutions to customer needs.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with the solutions provided.
  • Meet and exceed key performance metrics such as response times issue resolution and customer feedback.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share insights with the management team.
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of customer service procedures and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or clientfacing role is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills with the ability to adapt to a wide range of customer personalities.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proactive approach to solving customer problems and meeting their needs.
  • Team player with a passion for customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Flexibility to work onsite in Barcelona.
