Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Ibadan
Salary: 250000
Experience: minimum of 5 Years
Key Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc. in Human Resources Economics Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
- Professional certification in HR (CIPM SPHR is a plus).
- Strong understanding of Nigerian employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process including candidate sourcing reference checks and onboarding.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings interviews and HR events.
- Maintain and update HR databases with records of new hires terminations leaves and absences.
- Ensure the company culture is reflected throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Assist with performance management and employee evaluations.
- Handle employee grievances and complaints effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date.
- Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of HRrelated records (both hard and soft copies)
- Coordinate employee exit processes including exit interviews and clearance documentation.
