Job Title: Account Officer

We are seeking an Account Officer to manage and grow client relationships and account in the logistics industry. This role focuses on ensuring client satisfaction coordinating with internal teams and providing efficient logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients addressing their logistics needs.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Resolve client issues promptly ensuring high satisfaction and minimal service disruptions.
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth or upselling.
Prepare reports on account status performance and service delivery.
Support contract management and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Logistics or related field.
25 years of experience in account management preferably in logistics or supply chain.
Strong communication organizational and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Knowledge of logistics operations is a plus.
