PC Team Quality Assurance Analyst

Location: New Castle DE
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate

PJ Fitzpatrick is seeking a detaildriven Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure excellence within our Project Coordination (PC) team. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining operational efficiency optimizing workflow and providing feedback coaching and training to improve team performance.

What Youll Do:

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

  • Monitor Project Coordinator (PC) team performance for efficiency & accuracy.
  • Conduct random workflow evaluations to assess completed jobs.
  • Use tools like Virtual Observer Balto Service Titan and Five9 to assess effectiveness.
  • Ensure timely and complete documentation in Service Titan.

Coaching & Training:

  • Provide performancebased feedback and ongoing training to PC team members.
  • Evaluate call quality and ensure adherence to scripts and communication best practices.
  • Host group monitoring & calibration sessions for quality consistency.
  • Assist with new hire training & onboarding.

Process Improvement & Reporting:

  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain a best practice library for call and workflow management.
  • Handle escalations and support the PC Team Manager in daily operations.

What Were Looking For:

12 years of call center experience (QA experience preferred)
Strong coaching training and mentoring skills
Excellent verbal & written communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office & CRM tools
Selfmotivated and able to work proactively without direct supervision
High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Schedule & Work Environment:

  • Fulltime position Monday Friday
  • Officebased role with minimal physical demands
  • Extended seated and computerbased work
