Job Description
Join our team as a Quality Control Analyst where your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will shape the future of our products.
As a Marketing Delivery Analyst in the Consumer & Community Banking Performance Marketing Quality Control team you will perform quality reviews of marketing materials across multiple Lines of business and channels prior to their release into the marketplace. You willbe responsible for performing Centralized Quality Control functions ensuring digital and print marketing creatives accurately reflect offer build and/or marketing requirements. You will be expected to continuously provide and meet high quality standards with an eye for detail to ensure our customers both internal and external receive the mostaccurate information this fast paced dynamic environment you will have the opportunity to partner with many stakeholders across multiple lines of business as well as other execution teams.
Job responsibilities
- Follow process and procedures to perform Quality Control validations anddemonstrate strong attention to detail toidentify issues in marketing material prior to release into the Marketplace.
- Partner with various teams in the execution of Marketing campaigns development of associated quality tests and the creation of process/procedures.
- Facilitate dialogue with respective stakeholders for any work that does not meet the standardsestablished by Compliance Marketing Execution and Marketing.
- Identify process simplification opportunities within manual validation processes.
- Participate in the planning and execution of Quality Control initiatives.
- Adapt to system enhancements and procedural changesrequired to conduct validations.
- Participate in the training needed to execute validations for any new regulation newpartner or product launches.
- Demonstrate strong time management organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Execute well under pressure and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Bachelors Degree required.
- Highly motivated with a willingness to take initiative.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate on both technical and business levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across the organization and in a team environment to develop andmaintain positive relationships.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to applyappropriate tools and level of analysis to all situations.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Experienced with Quality Assurance/Quality Control/UAT preferred.
- Experienced with Marketing materials preferred.
- Ability to read/write/speak Englishfluently preferred.
