Job Description

Are you a fluent Spanish speaker with a strong background in business development within the CFD trading industry

Emerald zebra are looking for a Regional Head of Business Development LATAM to join a leading FX trading company in Limassol. This is an exciting opportunity for a resultsdriven leader to drive market growth and build strong client relationships in the LATAM region.

The Company:
Our client has been providing liquidity and CFD trading solutions since 2010 offering clients the ability to trade over 600 assets with institutionalgrade conditions and firstclass customer support.

Your Role:

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence in the LATAM region.
  • Recruit mentor train and guide a team of Business Development and Account Managers across the region to achieve and exceed KPIs and targets.
  • Work closely with the management team to implement campaigns and promotions to increase client and Partner registrations.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Negotiate and establish business partnerships with high value IBs and Affiliates.
  • Set performance targets to the teams and agents and provide regular feedback to management.
  • Develop and manage budgets for the region.
  • Propose changes to products services and policies based on datadriven evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role within the CFD trading industry.
  • A track record of exceeding targets and building highperforming teams.
  • Expertise in business development and client acquisition.
  • Proficiency with sales tools and data analysis for decisionmaking.
  • Strong knowledge of FX markets and financial products.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills teamwork capabilities and relationshipbuilding expertise.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to independently drive client relationships.
