Job Description:
1 Respond to customersubmitted inquiries in a timely manner vie Emails & chats
2 Queuebased typing work will account for approximately 90 of the role.
3 Training 1:1s/ team meetings reviewing guides/resources will account for about 10 of the time.
4 Troubleshoot and guide customers through questions and issues with their Account Billing Domains Google Workspace and other inquiries
5 Independently meet targets across Quality Productivity and Customer Satisfaction in any channel.
Job Requirements:
1 High school diploma or Bachelor Degree.
2 Excellent language skills especially written in the Spanish language
3 Customerfacing experience required in a similar role (online support preferred retail hospitality etc).
