Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager Commercial Air Conditioning

Location: Lagos

Salary: 400 600k

Experience: Minimum of 5 years


Our client a top player in the consumer electronics and home appliances industry seeks to hire for the role of Sales Manager. Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Sales Business Administration or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CAC/HVAC sales with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems and technical sales.
  • Excellent negotiation and business development skills.
  • Strong leadership team management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to optimize performance.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for commercial air conditioning (CAC) systems.
  • Identify and build relationships with corporate clients HVAC contractors and distributors.
  • Manage key accounts and negotiate sales contracts to drive revenue.
  • Lead train and motivate the CAC sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide clients with the best AC solutions.
  • Oversee aftersales service and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of sales activities pipeline and forecasts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve CAC sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial industrial and institutional sectors.
  • Establish relationships with HVAC contractors consultants architects and corporate clients.
  • Negotiate pricing contracts and service agreements with commercial clients
  • Work with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.
