- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Sales Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CAC/HVAC sales with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems and technical sales.
- Excellent negotiation and business development skills.
- Strong leadership team management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to optimize performance.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for commercial air conditioning (CAC) systems.
- Identify and build relationships with corporate clients HVAC contractors and distributors.
- Manage key accounts and negotiate sales contracts to drive revenue.
- Lead train and motivate the CAC sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide clients with the best AC solutions.
- Oversee aftersales service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of sales activities pipeline and forecasts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve CAC sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial industrial and institutional sectors.
- Establish relationships with HVAC contractors consultants architects and corporate clients.
- Negotiate pricing contracts and service agreements with commercial clients
- Work with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.
