Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Business Development & Research Coordinator will support Milele Properties by conducting market research managing property listings tracking leads and identifying real estate investment opportunities in the Dubai real estate market. This role is key in expanding business growth analyzing market trends and supporting portfolio strategy decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze Dubai real estate market trends price variations and investment opportunities.
- Manage property listings on real estate portals social media and business forums.
- Track leads follow up with potential clients and maintain timely communication.
- Maintain an updated database of market intelligence and property listings.
- Build and manage Brokers WhatsApp Groups for different areas of Dubai.
- Identify and pursue distress deals of interest through social media and WhatsApp networks.
- Assist in developing portfolio strategies and market insights to support investment decisions.
- Provide industry insights and research reports for datadriven decisionmaking.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and market research tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present proposals effectively.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics for market analysis.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
