Role Overview:
As a Remote Technical Customer Support Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for clients facing technical issues with their HR software. Whether its login problems functionality issues or general inquiries youll provide fast and effective solutions to ensure clients systems run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Assistance: Handle client inquiries via phone and email addressing technical challenges with the HR software (e.g. login issues).
Problem Resolution: Identify technical issues offer solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside internal teams to solve complex customer issues.
Record Keeping: Document client interactions to improve troubleshooting and support processes.
Customer Excellence: Ensure a seamless client experience with prompt and helpful responses.
Requirements:
Fluency in German (C1 or higher) and English (B2 or higher) strong communication skills are essential.
Technical support experience is beneficial particularly in software or HR services though not required.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Selfmotivated and able to work efficiently in a remote environment.
Eagerness to learn new software and systems.
