Job Description

Our client is looking for a Business Development Representative to drive new business and build strong relationships in the insurance and technology sectors. The role involves prospecting lead generation and solution selling to senior decisionmakers with a focus on Carriers MGAs and ISO.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients through outbound efforts networking and industry events.

Qualify leads and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure.

Develop tailored sales strategies leveraging market insights and competitor research.

Work closely with marketing to refine outreach and brand positioning.

Maintain a structured pipeline and track performance metrics.

What Were Looking For:

23 years of business development experience preferably in software solutions for the insurance industry.

Strong understanding of technology consulting digital transformation and B2B sales.

Proven ability to sell to CTOs CIOs and senior executives.

Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

Based in Chicago Florida or NYC with occasional travel required.
