The Role:
As an Italian Content Moderator at Cross Border Talents you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating Italianlanguage content across various platforms. Your job will be to ensure that all usergenerated content adheres to community standards and remains safe for users. Youll be part of a key team protecting online spaces working to quickly identify harmful or inappropriate content while maintaining a positive environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate Italianlanguage content across digital platforms to ensure it aligns with community guidelines.
- Identify and remove offensive inappropriate or harmful content quickly and efficiently.
- Make consistent fair and timely decisions to maintain a safe welcoming digital environment.
- Work closely with other teams to escalate complex content issues and ensure the best user experience.
- Stay informed about the latest trends policies and best practices in content moderation.
- Provide valuable feedback and suggestions to improve internal processes and enhance moderation practices.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to make quick fair decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset youll work closely with a diverse international team.
- A genuine passion for digital safety and ensuring online spaces are secure and positive for all.
- Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus but not required well train you!
- A proactive problemsolving attitude with the ability to adapt in a fastpaced environment.
