Job Description

Type of Support: Blended 30 Voice 70 Back office)

Nature Of the Account: Medical Equipment Support

Work Arrangement: Onsite (Cebu)

Shift Schedule Restdays: US Business hours

Educational Requirement: Must be College Graduate (Bachelors in Pharmacy/ Life Science course graduate or Biomedical engineer)

Work Experience:

4 years exp as Team Lead
Preferred Healthcare exp *Insurance background claims processing US benefits
Required compliants handling experience in medical tech related concerns
Knowledge in ISO 13485/21CFR & EUMDR
