Job Description
You will be part of a team that works collaboratively in an agile environment with both a team of onshore Philippines based engineers and engineering team in Australia. Skills attitude and cultural fit are all extremely important. You will have a strong understanding of development practices enterprise systems web technologies release processes and cloud technologies and will be expected to apply critical thinking and have skills in production system root cause analysis.
The team is embarking on a technology transition from Angular.js/Angular to ReactJs single page applications and from .Net Framework to .Net Core. Whilst being a lead role this does not require any people leadership. We are looking for someone to guide the team in technologies and coding standards through demonstration and hands on coding.

Required skills:
- Strong ReactJs skills.
- Strong API development skills ideally using one of .Net Core .Net framework and/or Node.js.
- Working knowledge of Node.js based application development. Strong Node.js skills would be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of modern tools that apply to web application development such as Webpack ESLint NPM.
- Experience with testing libraries and frameworks such as React testing framework Jest NUnit and/or WebDriverIO/Selenium.
- Strong experience with Git based source control and CICD processes (GitHub would be an advantage).
- Strong commercial experience building applications hosted on cloudbased platforms.
Candidate MUST BE AMENABLE to:
- Work in a hybrid setup (once/twice monthly working onsite).
- Work in an AU work timetable from 6AM3PM.
