Job Description

Junior Lead Merchant Business Product

Job Purpose

  • Responsible for the successful delivery Merchant Business existing product/business within defined timelines and objectives
  • Drives the ground work needed in implementing a product service/business through customer and business insights assessment of regulatory/risks and resource requirements
  • Prepares documentations such as business case project plan requirements business profitability/cost benefit analysis test plan and test scripts
  • Maintains relationships with strategic business partners business units and stakeholders to ensure successful project implementations
  • Ensures compliance to regulations internal and external policies by fully understanding and following all pertinent published and circulated regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of any 4year course preferably business or management track
  • With at least 3 to 4 years work experience in business development or product management within banking financial fintech or telecommunications industry
  • Must have experience in project management
  • Exposure to merchant acquiring / sales is an advantage
