Department Head Merchant Business for Small Enterprises
Job Purpose
- Responsible for leading the growth of sales productivity of market share revenue and accredited SmallSized Enterprise Merchants with main focus on P2M/ewallet and/or new product expansion.
- Leads and manages a pool of Team/Cluster Leads and Merchant Associates to prospect accredit and maintain smallsized merchants
- Conduct regular review of the performance profitability of smallsized productivity and merchant portfolio covered by the various clusters / locations under his / her team
- Lead the preparations and implementation of new businesses and projects under the department.

Job Requirements
- Graduate of any 4year courser preferably business or management track
- With at least 5 to 6 years work experience in sales/marketing banking financial FinTech or telecommunications industry
- Exposure to merchant acquiring and sales is an advantage
- Must have experience in leading teams of sales associates
- Should have strong account solicitation skills and effective negotiation skills
