Job Qualifications:
- At least Highschool Graduate
- Fluent in speaking and writing fluently in Thai and English Language
- At least a year of work experience in the call center industry
- At least 1 years of experience in a similar role/Outbound/Telemarketing/Online Trading
- With an experience in Trading accounts/Online trading
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
- With experience in Cold selling
- With experience in Sales/Selling
- Can start As soon as possible
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Advanced organizational skills
- Highly selfmotivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Must have a high degree of professional ethics integrity and a team player
- Willing to work onsite
Job Descriptions:
- Handle all calls with courtesy and professionalism
- Understand and demonstrate knowledge in market trends and competition
- Contact all the assigned clients by both telephone and email
- Increase Sales with regular follow up calls and schedule clients
- Build rapport listen clarify and manage conversational flow
- Helped customers/client to show their trade situation & market trend
- Provide satisfactory solution to customers/client issues
- Meet and/or exceed quotas
