About the job
Seeking Remote Support Engineers Linux/Unix Technologist to support financial market data/Wall Street applications that drive top financial firm success.
Provide Support of client applications from either our secure premises or remote.
Job Responsibilities:
Application monitoring
Scripting
Troubleshooting of network related errors
Identification of communication issues and escalation to carriers
Skills/Knowledge needed:
LinuxRed Hat/ CentOS/ Rocky8
Unix
HP HW platform
Good To Have:
Financial firm / Wall Street firm experience a plus
3 years of experience
Scripting Python bsh
Ability to support install real time market data systems.
TREP/RMDS/DACS/Bloomberg/EMRS (plus)
Solace(plus)
OneTick(plus)
Zabbix(plus)
Must have good communications skills written/typing and verbal.
Fast paced environment
Willing to work night shift
Remote work (workfromhome) is an option
