Job Description
Qualification:
- BA or BS Degree required in Design (Graphic Interaction Visual Communications Product) or Computer Science.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UX/UI Design.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing consistent designs and clear visuals across web applications.
- Knowledge of Interaction Design and animation is advantageous.
- Expertise in typography iconography color texture motion layout and overall web design.
- Experience in highlevel product strategy.
- Proficiency in Figma Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator) and animation tools like Flinto Lottie and After Effects.
- Basic HTML CSS3 and JavaScript skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with current Web standards and best practices for usability and accessibility.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and visual skills ability to work under tight schedules.
- Chinese communication skills are advantageous.
- Collaborative and innovative approach to design.
Tasks:
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and UI Design Manager to deliver project requirements.
- Contribute to creative thinking across diverse product releases platforms and devices.
- Work crossfunctionally with Product Design and Engineering teams to ensure smooth product development.
- Create working prototypes to visually explain design solutions.
- Conceptualize illustrate and document design decisions using mood boards wireframes mockups interface animations and other graphics.
- Design standard UI elements components and contribute to style guides.
- Communicate designs effectively to developers PMO and product managers.
- Ensure consistency across products.
- Work in a fastpaced environment collaborate with the team and communicate openly.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing on design elements.
- Maintain attention to detail aiming for pixelperfect designs.
