Baseline Qualifications
*Completed at least 2 years of college education.
*At least 1 year experience as Technical Financial Customer Service Support in multiple support channels (email phone chat).
*Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to formulate structured communications in a complex environment.
* Willing to work on shifting schedules in Giga Tower Quezon City
* 2 years experience handling customers within a call center environment and maintaining the highest levels customer satisfaction.
* Must be willing to sign a data privacy consent form in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 after passing the phone screening interview. This is for us to ensure that any data you have shared and/or will share will be protected and be utilized only for recruitment purposes.
