Company Overview:
Our company is a well established iGaming traffic network dedicated to connecting affiliates with highquality traffic to the bestconverting brands in the industry. We focus on optimizing affiliate and brand partnerships to ensure toptier conversions and best traffic performance.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a CBDO who is fluent in Russian and English to lead our iGaming traffic network. The director will be responsible for defining the strategic direction of the company ensuring operational excellence and driving financial and performance success. This role requires a deep understanding of the iGaming industry affiliate marketing and traffic optimization strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement the companys strategic plan to connect affiliates with highquality traffic to the bestconverting brands.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to enhance market presence and influence.
- Implement a datadriven approaches to insure the best traffic quality and conversion results for our partners
2.Operational Management:
- Oversee and enhance operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in traffic management and brand partnerships.
- Organise constant monitoring of all vital KPI of product ensure their constant growth
- Set up an effective sales team and be an active part of it
3.Financial Oversight:
- Manage the companys financial health including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic partnerships and optimized traffic solutions.
- Secure and allocate resources effectively to support operational and strategic initiatives.
4.Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a highperforming executive team dedicated to achieving the companys mission and goals.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation collaboration and accountability.
- Mentor and develop team members to achieve professional growth and excellence.
5.Stakeholder Engagement
- Represent the company with affiliates brands and industry stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key partners and affiliates.
- Communicate effectively with the board of directors and other stakeholders on strategic initiatives and performance outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a senior executive leadership role within the iGaming or digital marketing industry.
- Fluency in Ukrainian/Russian and English is required.
- Deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem affiliate marketing and traffic optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial plans.
- Ability to drive innovation and navigate complex business environments.
