- Coordinate all incoming enquiries for the booking of restaurant/or meeting/catering functions
- Develop innovative displays through prospecting referrals and best practice/ brand standard
- Conduct site inspections with prospective and existing clients engaging their curiosity in styling and of the event
- Develop and implement new displays standardize set ups and creative outlets such as buffet presentation
- Quote and negotiate prices within established parameters with potential and existing clients.
- Creatively coordinate events from the beginning to the end process all the information pertaining to bookings (to include but not limited to):
- Set ups and pack downs of special promotions and events
- Standardization and training of display procedures
- Engage photography and other vendors to ensure success of events and future propositions
- Coordination with Culinary F&B and Marketing teams to creatively display and promote product and or menus
- Supporting guidance and creation of owned F&B channels and third party F&B marketing platforms
- Creation of online offer pages promotional materials and the like to bring in outlet awareness and conversion
- Drive creative aspects of all food and beverage display material
- Supervise and support events and other restaurant or banquetingrelated activations as required
- Work closely and balance needs from Culinary and F&B marketing and executive committee members to ensure creativity and collaboration of F&B promotional goals
- Proactively keep abreast of current trends and events competitor performance social technologies and new media
- Follow departmental policies and procedures along with existing safety policies

Qualifications :

- MS
- Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management / Events Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in group catering and conference sales or 1 year of experience in a similar capacity with proven track record
- Excellent reading writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Proficient in MS Excel Word & PowerPoint
