Are you a datadriven leader with a passion for digital transformation Were looking for a Lead Data & Digital Engineer to shape our data strategy oversee ERP data migration and drive innovation through cuttingedge technologies like AI machine learning and automation.
Your missions:
Lead & Inspire Manage and mentor a highperforming team of data engineers architects and developers fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Data Architecture & Engineering Design and implement scalable efficient data pipelines and architectures ensuring high availability performance and security.
Digital Transformation Lead the adoption of AI machine learning IoT and automation to optimise business operations and enhance decisionmaking.
ERP Data Migration Work closely with data domain owners to identify extract and migrate data as part of an ERP system deployment.
Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with business leaders IT teams and product managers to align data solutions with company goals.
Data Governance & Compliance Implement best practices for data quality security and regulatory compliance (GDPR CCPA).

Qualifications :
Qualifications/Skills to be successful:
Proven leadership experience in data engineering or digital transformation managing technical teams.
Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and modern data technologies (SQL NoSQL Spark Kafka Hadoop).
Strong programming skills in Python Java or Scala.
Experience with ETL API development and realtime data processing.
ERP & Data Migration experience with knowledge of SAP & Excelbased data models being a plus.
Understanding of machine learning AI data visualisation (Power BI Tableau Looker) and DevOps practices.
Additional Information :
Sole UK national
Candidates but be eligible to obtain SC clearance
Will be required to be on site in Derby 34 days per week
Inside IR35 contract or permanent staff position
