We are seeking a motivated Sr. Financial Analyst to join our Sales Controlling team for a highly visible position within our Electrified Motion (EM) division. The ideal candidate is a proactive and independent critical business thinker highly analytical process improvement oriented and demonstrates the drive people skills and business partner ability to deliver results within a very dynamic business. Will play a crucial role in supporting the leadership team in optimizing sales strategies and performance for the division in North America. This role involves leveraging advanced financial systems and IT tools for gathering and interpreting sales data developing financial models and generating insights that will drive informed decisionmaking and improve our business performance.
