Project Manager Hyperscale Data Center Projects
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and resultsdriven Project Manager to lead the of our hyperscale data center projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate teams effectively and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Sales and Solution Teams to plan develop and execute project finalization.
- Support Sales and Solution Teams on tender submissions.
- Monitor overall project and ensure adherence to project plans.
- Coordinate internal resources and vendors for flawless project .
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Review purchase orders and outgoing correspondence.
- Attend site meetings with consultants and clients.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Monitor project progress claims claim certificates VO submissions and quotation preparation.
- Monitor work safety at site.
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
- Use verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Prepare schedule coordinate and communicate with contractors customers and project teams.
- Act as a department trainer/internal auditor for project team members.
- Serve as the point of contact for project form master lists.
Requirements
Benefits
Bachelor s degree (Hons) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the data center or construction industry. Strong project management skills, including planning, , and budget control. Proven leadership abilities and the ability to motivate teams. Deep understanding of construction techniques, building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Proficiency in construction software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or Primavera. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong risk management capabilities. Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with a high level of commitment and initiative. Familiarity with ISO documentation is a plus.
