Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Communications Agent to join our team. This role involves managing internal and external communications ensuring clear and effective messaging across various channels. The ideal candidate will have strong writing organizational and problemsolving skills to support the companys communication strategies and maintain brand consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute communication strategies that align with company objectives
- Draft edit and distribute internal and external communications including reports newsletters and presentations
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Assist in organizing corporate events meetings and press conferences
- Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations for improving communication efforts
- Respond to inquiries and manage company correspondence professionally
- Maintain and update communication materials and documentation
- Support leadership with speech writing presentations and other communication needs
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problemsolving mindset
- Previous experience in communications public relations or a similar role is preferred
