Responsibilities/Job description
The Companys Functional Operations team is responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the technical resources within the GTM organization partnering closely with teams across the company to drive initiatives. We support PreSales (Solution Architects Partners Solutions Engineers) PostSales (Professional Services) Product Sales (overlay team) and Customer Success. Were known for our product expertise rigorous thinking and userfirst approach to problem solving. Within the company we proudly serve as a critical source of user feedback and customer intelligence with direct influence on the companys GTM roadmap and growth strategy.
The vision for the Functional Strategy & Operations function is to scale and accelerate Revenue through Data Insights and Intelligent Actions transparently across the globe. We are looking to hire a Data Analyst who can help us triage data requests automate reporting and create dashboards that are intuitive and delightful.
- Triage prioritize and answer questions from the company Sales and Marketing team in Slack and Jira
- Automate reporting and visualization of core business metrics in Hubble Dashboards (inhouse tool built on Presto SQL React JS and Plotly)
- Adhoc Analysis in Tableau
- Provide operational support for Analytics & Insights initiatives
- Ensure quality of data and accuracy of downstream reporting through precise attention to detail
- Create analyses that tell a story focused on insights not just data
- Create enablement materials
Non negotiable skills/ Capabilities requirements (minimum of 4 is preferred)
Must Haves
- 4 years of experience in Data Analytics with a focus on analyzing large data sets to solve problems and building userfriendly dashboards
- Experience wrangling imperfect data and writing efficient SQL
- Some coding experience Python React Javascript Plotly (charts)
- Beginner to intermediate knowledge in creative data visualization in Tableau
- Experience creating dashboard documentation for end users
- Communicate clearly proactively and concisely with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced and frequently changing environment
Other skills
Nice to Have
- Prior experience working with Professional Services (contracts project plans teams) datasets
- Experience creating dashboard/analytics enablement material (e.g. presentation slides)
