Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of education in any field
- Minimum 3 years of work Experience in a Consultancy/Staffing/BPO firm will be preferred
- Graduate with a diploma in related field or Post Graduate with specialization in Human Resources will be preferred
- Interviewing Skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Written and oral
- Should be confident and willing to work in shifts and travel
- Should display sufficient flexibility and urgency to handle pressure in a crosscultural environment
- Computer proficiency MS Office
- Team handling skill
- Should be able to take decisions in all kind of situations
- Orientation towards data and MIS
- Matured to carry out assessments
