Job Description
Operations:
- Lead the support team to drive analysis and perform pilot work/audit
- Lead analysis for the process focusing on product features and user experience.
- Write detailed PRD for new proposals and get new workflows to improve the existing data
- Review the policy documentation document and suggest improvements
- Suggest improvements to our workflow and processes
- Identify and propose initiatives to increase efficiency
Qualifications:
- Overall 5 years of experience
- Desired Skillset in Microsoft Excel Power BI Tableau R/Python and Automation
- Data presentation & Insights report writing is core skill
- SQL & Tableau automation VB basic and advance excel formulas is must
- 23 years of experience in managing QA data with appropriate QA tools (like pareto chart analysis variation analysis etc.
- Designing Analyzing and performing root cause analysis for required areas.
- Vendor QA data & analysis related needs
- Participate in QMS tool data review tool testing and dashboard design process
- Experience working collaboratively with crossfunctional stakeholders and partners
- Exposure to project and program management function
- Ability to effectively influence and communicate crossfunctionally with all levels of management
- Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fastpaced constantly evolving team environment
- Graduate with MBA (preferred)
