Requirements & Qualifications:
Graduate of Psychology / Human Resource or equivalent
3 years experience in Sourcing & Marketing and Volume Agent Hiring in a BPO set up
Experience in hiring for Customer Service Technical Support and Back Office requirements
Organized and detailoriented
Excellent written and oral English communication skills
Computer and internet proficient
Adept in using MS Office and has good presentation skills
Can work independently and in a team
Can work on shifting schedule an hybrid set up
Can start ASAP
Duties & Responsibilities:
AGENT HIRING:
Conduct endtoend hiring process from sourcing to new hire onboarding
Deliver quality candidates to Operations and Hiring Managers
Real time updating of recruitment database trackers and process documentations
Onboarding process orientation and knowledge transfer to new team members
Create and maintain report trackers and database that would be used in recruitment reports and analyses
Provides Recruitment reports DRU sourcing reports Cost Utilization others
Understands and meets Recruitment KPIs by creating process improvements and hiring strategies
100 Hiring Fill Rate and Go Live Rate
New hire first day No Show percentage rate
