SUMMARY OF JOB
Oversees SuccessFactors reporting requirements and data management for supporting company performance management cycle objectives. Serves as primary point of contact for all SuccessFactors field office support requirements. Acts as secondary support for all learning management system maintenance and support requirements. Acts as secondary support for all PeopleSoft HRMS key training benefits interface processing and other functions deemed essential by the department for maintaining.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma required Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience
1 year experience HRIS or administrative or HR data entry experience
PC skills with the Microsoft suite including Excel and Word
Ability to prioritize and adjust plans as needed
Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR system and SuccessFactors is preferred
Compensation starting at $19.15/hour.
