Are you an independent proactive andresultsdriven Sales / Lead Generation Specialist Your success in this rolewill be measured by driving sales growth generating new business opportunitiesand building strong relationships with potential and existing dealers.
The ideal candidate will have a huntermentality and be prepared to engage with both new and existing customers. Youunderstand that speaking with customers is how you build longlasting rapportand create new opportunities. You will have strong analytical and reportingskills and enjoy achieving KPIs including sales performance metrics andachieving a high volume of outbound calls per day.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing and potentialcustomers via telephone contact.
- Generate new leads and prospect for newdealers to build new business via an ongoing quote pipeline.Maintain and develop existing dealer basethrough trusted relationship management.
- Learn and maintain a strong working knowledgeof the entire Adam Equipment product catalogue. Strive to become a productexpert.
- Answer inbound phone calls and emails toadvise customers on product options and any orderrelated questions.
- Make outbound phone calls to an assigneddealer base and prospective new dealers with a focus on establishing newpartners and growing revenue.
- Analyze business issues and business cyclesto identify products and services to meet those needs create persuasive salesproposals and overcome objections issues or concerns.
- Prepare high quality written proposals andsales quotes.
- Provide sales support to outside sales /Business Development Managers.
- Maintain all contacts leads opportunitiesquotes lost sales phone calls emails and meeting notes within Zoho CRMsystem.
- Submit monthly sales reports and forecastsas well as advise management of opportunities and trends from the market.
- Increase revenue and profit with assigneddealers to achieve goals.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Adhere to and upholdall Adam Equipment policies procedures and code of conduct.
Requirements
- Previous inside sales or call centerenvironment experience
- Strong negotiation and problemsolvingskills.
- Excellent written communication skills withthe ability to create compelling sales presentations.
- Above average verbal communication skills tobuild rapport over the phone.
- Ability to organize effectively andprioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to develop and maintain businessrelationships with internal and external contacts at all levels.
- Selfmotivated to win business.
- Weighing or Measurement industry experience aplus.
