An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join the Science department at a highly regarded secondary school in Poole. Your Role as Science ECT:
- Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 in a supportive environment.
- Engage students in practical experiments and handson learning experiences.
- Support student progress through regular assessments and feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive inclusive classroom culture.
Who Were Looking For:
- A qualified Science teacher or in the process of completing QTS with a passion for teaching.
- Enthusiasm for teaching Biology Chemistry and Physics at all Key Stages.
- A dedicated and flexible approach to meeting the needs of students at different levels.
- Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
