About the Role
Join the team as a Content Moderator with German language proficiency. In this role you will be crucial in maintaining our platforms reputation by ensuring all uploaded content meets community standards and guidelines. Your tasks will involve monitoring usergenerated content in full compliance with our company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate usergenerated content in German ensuring compliance with our guidelines.
- Monitor and respond to user reports maintaining platform integrity and safety.
- Evaluate escalated issues and report trends contributing to the development of moderation tools.
- Work closely with other moderators to ensure consistent enforcement of policies.
- Identify and resolve issues related to community guidelines in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fluency in German (C1 and English both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of German culture and language nuances providing context to moderation decisions.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to recognise patterns.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
