Job Description
Were seeking a talented Manager of Strategy to lead innovative social media influencer marketing and social paid strategies. Youll drive impactful campaigns with AIpowered insights collaborate with creative teams and shape digital strategies that elevate our clients brands. Tasks
- You develop brand digital and social media strategies integrating AIdriven marketing approaches to enhance performance
- You conduct brand and competitor analyses leveraging social listening and AIpowered trend forecasting to identify market opportunities
- You provide strategic consulting for clients across creative strategy digital strategy (including social media and influencer marketing) and communication strategy
- You define insights based on qualitative and quantitative data utilizing tools such as Pulsar and GWI to inform decisionmaking
- You collaborate closely with Creative Client Services Paid Media and Data teams to craft holistic and effective social strategies
Requirements
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a (creative) agency environment with a focus on strategy
- You possess deep expertise in brand or digital strategy and a strong understanding of consumer behavior
- You demonstrate extensive knowledge of various social media platforms including Instagram TikTok YouTube Twitch and Snapchat
- You have a handson leadership personality with a digitalfirst mindset and the ability to mentor and guide teams
- You have excellent presentation and moderation skills in English (German or French or Italian is a big plus) with an innovative spirit and a keen eye for trends that drive creative inspiration
