What Youll Do:
Lead Warehouse & Inventory Operations Oversee receiving storage shipping and inventory control
Drive Demand & Production Planning Align forecasts with production and supply chain strategies
Optimize S&OP Processes Improve efficiency reduce waste and ensure ontime delivery
Enhance ERP & Reporting Systems Leverage data to drive decisionmaking and performance
Develop & Lead a HighPerforming Team Foster collaboration accountability and innovation
Requirements
- 5 years in leadership (warehouse supply chain or inventory management)
- Experience managing S&OP processes in a fastpaced manufacturing environment
- ERP & analytics proficiency to drive datadriven decisionmaking
- Strong leadership & problemsolving skills to lead teams and optimize operations
- Certifications preferred: APICS CPIM/CSCP Lean Six Sigma
