About the Client
The client is a growinng company in the wellness fitness and coaching industry seeking an expertlevel Mindbody user with recent experience to support train and optimize our use of the platform. Additionally we need someone proficient in GoHighLevel (GHL) to help automate marketing and client engagement.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate is a Mindbody software expert who can train staff troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency. You should also be skilled in GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM automation to enhance our marketing and customer retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Mindbody Expertise: Train and support staff on best practices for scheduling payments and client management.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the goto expert for any technical issues and system improvements.
- Process Optimization: Configure and streamline Mindbody workflows to improve efficiency.
- GoHighLevel (GHL): Automate CRM set up lead funnels and manage email/SMS marketing campaigns.
- Integration & Automation: Ensure seamless connection between Mindbody GHL and other tools.
- Training & Documentation: Create user guides SOPs and conduct team training sessions.
Requirements
- Recent handson experience with Mindbody software (Expert level).
- Proven ability to train staff troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows in Mindbody.
- Strong knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM automation and marketing automation.
- Experience integrating Mindbody and GHL with other platforms.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the fitness wellness or coaching industry.
- Background in marketing automation and client engagement strategies
Recent, hands-on experience with Mindbody software (Expert level). Proven ability to train staff, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows in Mindbody. Strong knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL), CRM automation, and marketing automation. Experience integrating Mindbody and GHL with other platforms. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
