Summary
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team. This is a great opportunity to develop and grow your career in business development and sales. The SDR will support our team of Business Development Managers and the Senior Sales Manager to develop qualified leads in support of the build of the business development pipeline across the Australia region. The SDR will seek and identify new opportunities to nurture new business relationships contributing to the overall achievement of sales targets.
How you will make a difference
- Develop new business via localised marketing and lead generation such as email call enquiries and social media into a target market or territory area
- Follow up on leads and conduct research in market territories for more leads
- Identify trends and determine prospects impulse factors to determine how our product can suit their needs
- Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline
- Develop and cultivate leads and new business relationships by initiating communications and conducting followup communications
- Work with the Regional Managers and Business Development Managers to develop and grow a sales pipeline to assist with meeting quarterly revenue goals
- Manage data for new and prospective clients ensuring all communications are logged information is accurate and documents are attached
- Prepare and analyse sales pipeline reports and dashboards
Requirements
What you will bring with you
- Similar lead generation and/or qualification experience within a SaaS sales environment (ideally) or the energy attitude and aptitude to learn
- Experience working in a high demand multitasking environment working with multiple teams
- Proficiency in CRM such as Salesforce (ideal but not essential)
- An understanding of the Australian school system and structure(s).
- A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
- Able to meet deliverables in a timely fashion
- High energy hungry and keen for success
- Proactive positive and open to change as our environment is very dynamic
- A passion and alignment with the purpose of 3P Learning our products and education experiences for students and teachers
